Remove dark circles - Get fair skin

Dark circles around our eyes looks very odd on a beautiful face. Simple routine work with some easy skin care tips, can remove these from your good looking face And you get a fair or fairer skin.

Main reasons of dark circle appearance are, deficiency of Iron in our body, more worries of life, loss of complete sleep that your deserve, more exertion, indigestion, constipation etc.

Follow some daily routine to remove dark circles.

1. Do exercise daily as you can daily in the morning.
2. Have a complete sleep of minimum 8hrs.
3. Don't take more worries and tension of life.
4. Divert your mind with your favourite before going to bed.

Important tips to reduce or remove dark circles

Before going to bed take Almond oil and apply it on dark circle. Massage gently for 10 minutes and leave overnight. Wash with lukewarm water in the morning. Repeat daily.

Dip 2 or 3 Almond seed in water. Grind it properly in morning and mix with one glass of milk. Take it with break fast.

2 Tablespoon full of Tomato juice
1/2 Teaspoon full of Gram flour
A pinch of turmeric powder

Mix all the ingredients and apply on dark circles firmly. Remember to close your eyes during application and for next 10 minutes. That means you have to leave this application for 10 minutes. Do this before taking a bath in the morning. Repeat daily.

Use more tomato, carrot, fresh green leaves vegetable, fresh fruit in your daily diet. Remember you have to take minimum 4 to 5 liters of water daily.

If you follow these tips regularly, after few days you will get a fair or fairer skin on your face without dark circles.
