Daily 30 Minutes Exercise to a Better Health

According to doctors and health practitioners, one should try to do at least 30 minutes of exercise daily in order to achieve good health. Exercise not only keeps us fit but also reduces the risk of many fatal diseases such as blood pressure and heart stroke. Exercise can be any form of physical activity such as walking, swimming or cycling.
Any activity that increases your heart rate and makes you slightly out of breath can be called exercise. Daily exercise can be a part of ones regular routine as well as something that one does in order to keep fit. Exercise can also be carried out in form of daily chores or any other activity that one likes.
In order to stay healthy and maintain better health, doctors recommend at least 30 minutes of daily exercise. 30 minutes is the minimum time to gain health benefits. However, one is not compelled to do all at once; it can be done in short periods with rest in between to avoid exertion.
Different Modes of Exercise
Exercise does not mean to exert yourself or forcefully do what you do not like. It can be an activity which you like and enjoy. It can range from walking to swimming to hiking or cycling. It can also be some household chore that you enjoy doing.
Exercise can be made more fun when it is carried out with some one else. A game of badminton or tennis could be played with a partner giving a healthy exercise to both.

Daily exercise, besides providing many benefits, saves one from many illnesses and problems. Giving 30 minutes to daily exercise can not only lead to better health but also provide a short period of peace and recreation.

Fun Exercises For Passionate People

Exercise is the best way to stay fit and enjoy life. It helps you sleep better, it helps you look better – it even helps you improve your intelligence. Working out for an hour or so every day is the best way to improve multiple aspects of your life as well as help you live longer.

But exercise is also excruciatingly boring, especially if you have never exercised much in your life and are not in the habit of “wasting” an hour of your day on aerobic and muscle exercises. Most people hoping to improve their health buy a treadmill, use it for a week, and shove it in the closet, never to be seen again.

So if you want to start exercising regularly, you need to find a way to make exercise more fun. One of the ways to do that is to do fun exercises that you will be more than happy to enjoy on a weekly basis.

Ways to Stay Fit and Entertained

1- Play Sports
Sports are an enjoyable way to exercise that you can do with friends and still get the workout you need. Sign up for a team sport or play tennis against a friend regularly. Most sports involve a lot of running as well as a lot of muscle use. Also, having people depend on you to be there (when you join a team) is one of the best ways to make sure that you actually go every week.

2- Video Games
“Dance Dance Revolution” is a game that became popular in Japan and has since made its way to the United States. It comes with the Nintendo Wii, and if you think that dancing around in one place is not a difficult work out, try it for an hour and see if you feel the same way.

3- Specialized Dancing Class
Similarly, dancing in general can be a great workout. Sign up for a Hip Hop, Salsa, Belly Dancing or some other active dance class and you will feel the pounds burn away and have a lot of fun doing it.

4- Trampoline/Jump Rope/Tag
There are a number of different things you used to do as a kid that are actually great workouts. Things like the trampoline and jump rope have a number of exercises designed specifically for them that help improve your heart strength and muscles. Plus, to complete these workouts is relatively inexpensive, so if you decide not to stick with it you did not spend a fortune on equipment. And tag is completely free. Games you played as a kid are not just for kids, and many of them can give you a great workout.

5- Swimming
Swimming works out a tremendous number of muscles in a short time, and it is arguably much more fun than a jog. You can also play swimming games with friends, such as water polo, which adds that extra bit of competition helping to ensure you go out regularly.

6- Yoga
Yoga has become all the rage. It is relatively simple, works out a large number of muscles, and helps your body feel better as well. Plus, you can do it at almost any time of day, so you do not necessarily have to set aside a great deal of time for your Yoga workout.

7- TV/Music
Finally, many people assume that “exercise time” needs to be dedicated to exercise. If you want to use a treadmill or you want to use free weights, go ahead and watch TV or listen to music. Music and TV don’t make the workout any worse, but they can keep you entertained so that you don’t get bored while you complete it.

Exercising for the Soul

The more you exercise, the better you feel. While we all know that exercise is good for your health, it also increases neuron connections in your brain (helping to increase intelligence), it helps reduce stress, and it also helps you sleep better.

While exercise can generally feel boring or like a chore, as you can see there are a number of ways to make exercise more fun, and in doing so you can get all the benefits of exercise as well as add a few fun activities into your daily routine.
