In order to achieve Good Digestions, one must follow the steps for good digestions first. Digestions process does not start in your gut, but starts as early as it enters your mouth.( some even say it starts from your hand as our fingers secrets some chemical element/ enzymes to the food, thats why its good to eat using hands rather than using any cutlery).
